looking for a 295rs motor id tag

can enyone help me out im looking for a id tag for a 1974 295rs racer motor ,some one must have a bad motor thay would be willing to sell, so i could get the tag off of ,,, call me 715 356 1329 thanks dan

Guys, this is Dan the fellow I mentioned in my post last weekend. He's looking for a 295/S engine "tag" not engine plate as I posted. He's a good guy please try to help him if you can.

sorry , i have an engine plate but no engine tag , glad you posted wade
certificate recipiant of the 12 vintage challenge !! on a 78 liquifre 440,
certificate recipiant of the 13 vintage challenge !! on a 340/s
certificate recipient of the 14 vintage challenge !! on a 78 liquifire 440
joe forgot the certificates for the 2015 vintage challenge
crossed the start/finish line twice at the 2013 and 2014 I500 on a 78 liquifire 440

I have often wondered if thease could be reproduced? I have a extra engine cover but it is missing the tag also.

I never seen these motor plates but I'm assuming they are an aluminum plate with black anodized print?
If this is the case I'm sure they can be reproduced. A quick net search revealed this:

We actually use a similar process to make "photo plates" for electrical control panels at work. I can find out a little more about the process if you like.

They Appeare that way to me, Aluminum with Black Inodized paint. I would be in the market for a couple if they where repoped. 340/S also.

that would be nice to have them repoped i think others could use them too, i have a frend that has a racer and could get good photos
