My 82 Liquifire Rider
After having this sled for a few years:
Complete engine rebuild
Timing issues
Family issues that take your desire away
great friends that put the desire back
Wanting to do most by myself, and realizing that wasn't possible with my lack of knowledge
A very nice shakedown run in the U.P. with great snow conditions
A good clean-up and polish...
I think that I have the sled that I have always wanted.

That is a Cannons Classic. I have one for my 84 LF as well. They are the best.

Great looking sled Bob. Thanks for posting pics, it makes me want to go out and work on mine again.
I'm definitely heading for the U.P. next year. Not being able to ride this year, just ain't right....

Looks great, whish I could have made it to Toledo to see it. I've always loved the 82 graphics.
By the way nice "flower pot" in the background.

Re: My 82 Liquifire Rider
Hey Bob, keep an eye on the classifieds Sunday, I will be putting one of my sleds up for sale, just got the decals for it this week. It will go very well with the Liquifire and would make a great sled for Marna. I understand she has taken a liking to riding sleds. It's a turn key sled and it looks pretty sharp.....Terre

You mean to tell me that you don't have a concrete Buffalo in your front yard? I thought everyone had one....

I remodeled one of my bathrooms, including a new toilet. That takeout was listed as free on Craigslist, a man wanted it, and I wasn't going to be home. He never showed and now it is destined to be a flower pot.
But....I was slapped on the hand by "Craigslist" for listing the toilet as "Obama's Think Tank".
I need to position the buffalo to look as though he is drinking out of the toilet maybe.

Re: My 82 Liquifire Rider
You mean that you don't have a working toilet on your driveway??? Rumor has it that it could be had for zero down and zero a week. And yes that is a concrete buffalo in the other picture. Very expensive cause it takes forever to get a buffalo to stand still long enough for the concrete to "set".nick80lf wrote:JD600 wrote:Nick,nick80lf wrote: By the way nice "flower pot" in the background.
