Heads up on the broken cleats codeblue.

They are suppose to be broken right in the middle.

if you buy a brand new one it isn't broken so why is it ok to leave the broken ones on there pretty soon something will break as i am not a jd guru so forgive me if i sound a bit stupid as i always told if they are broken then replace them.

There's a complete track on Ebay right now. As to your question "if you buy a brand new one it isn't broken?" Well here's my guess, stick with me here caller............most likely it's hard to ship brand new cleats pre-broken because how would you know which end goes with which end?

Someone needs to chime in here.

The cleats are designed with a fracture point in the very center.

They are suppose to break in the center.

This is a uniquie thing found only on the Deere sleds.

If they are broken or worn in someplace other than the center replacement is needed.
