Bob,

Before you go postal on Dusty:

1) Make sure you video it so all can watch the beating
2) No 84 JD's have a leaping Deere on the hood
3) All 84 S/N's start at 285,001
4) Just cause we remember cool stuff does not make us savants...does it?!

Your bestest buddy,

I know it maybe hard to do, but as I was reading this I thought it sure would be nice if we could just go to the models section and see the picture of each sled year. Like theres "no leaping Deere on a 84 Sprintfire" how does a guy know unless he has a picture to go by? Only one picture on the sprintfire sight and it doesn't tell you what year that is. I wanted to see what a 84 liquifire had on for decals and what the insert on the hood looked like but there's no picture of a 84 liquifire. Just my imput, thanks to all you guys on here, I read it daily, learn something everyday.

Jimmy you're right. Hey Matt I bet we have enough pictures now of every year and model. What say we enhance the models section. Horicon Joe has a Sprinfire....................

There used to be more pictures in the models pages, but I had removed them to save on drive space and bandwidth. Those aren't issues anymore, so we can work on that.

Hey Guys ! I don't mean to play devils advocate, but make sure you check the vin number on the tunnel ! I know pics are a good resource for general buying but if your a serious collector check the VIN (serial number) Which I am pretty Certain most of us do before the purchase !! :usa:

There should be a caveat in each section. Something like " Do not use these pictures as actual representation but always confirm the model year by verifying the serial number". Obviously not an attorney but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express. Speaking of attorneys Bob, Sean and I have a very good friend who is a John Deere sled loving attorney. From Indiana but Matt if you ever need advice I'm sure he'd be very helpful.
