If we are talking about a stock '78 ( non Cross Country ) suspension, it doesn't use the wear blocks ( M64482 ).Horicon Joe wrote:Matt you can please give them the ski isolators and wear blocks for the suspension next time there is a shipment going out.

It's not much, but consider the wear bars and Hyfax taken care of.
Carbide OK? That is what I would want.

I know you all are anxious to get started but allow me to give you one piece of advice. Have ALL parts present and accounted for BEFORE the build. On our previous build day, when we all walked in the door on that Saturday morning all parts were laid out yet we still had to wait while some parts were refurbished and even painted. Thank God we had the facility (PJ's) to do that. That is all for now...................dismissed.

Re: 2013 JDsleds.com Raffle Sled OFFICIAL TOPIC
Another awsome time at Brock's place ,Dustin got the suspension tore apart, Nick blasted them, Brock got them in primer. I got the chassis stripped down and power washed and the wiring block taken apart, cleaned and put back together. Brock and I got the dash and side vents cleaned, scuffed and primed. Dustin got the hoodhinge mount welded and fixed and primed. Nick got the drivers off and got the shaft blasted and primed. Brock also got the exhaust manifold and pipe sanded, primed and painted. Brock's wife Tammy had us hooked up with a good lunch and an awsome supper with an amazing desert . Thanks Tammy, AWSOME job, we don't care what Brock says when your not around .
