IT RUNS!!!

So I haven't really had any time or motivation with the 400 lately but we were slow at work today so I reassembled the magneto side since everything looked and tested good. 3rd pull and it was running again. Was back to its coughing and popping. Anyway....long story short...switched the plug wires and it started and idled ok but this time when I hit the gas it took off and moved about 5 feet. Looks like the CDI box is wired backwards on the red and white wires.

If that is an aftermarket cdi box, that is common for the red and white wires to be backwards.
