Donation sent to Matt to buy needed parts. Should help get some items off the list.

Thanks Brock for all the work. I mentioned to Brock the other night, we really should be selling tickets for this thing right now to get a good value for the charity but it makes it a whole lot easier if we have a picture of the sled or we have the actual sled beside us. We are not there yet from the sled or the ticket perspective. Would we be smart to keep pushing hard on the sled this summer, have it finished and then in 2013 show it off and sell lots of tickets. I just hate to be trying to do too much too quick. There is no rule that says it all has to be done this year. Lets push hard to get it done for Brock's sake but then be able to take our time showing it off and selling tickets during 2013.

We don't even have a "cause" locked in yet so we are no where near ticket sales yet.

If anyone would like to donate money to go toward parts & supplies, you can sent it to my Paypal which is mattspiece@gmail.com, and just put a note it that it's for the raffle sled.

Couldn't AGREE more !  well said ! I think that is a wonderful Idea.. If we have another CRAPPY winter like 2011 we won't sell any tickets for this show piece !!! Hopefully winter of 12' will bring back the white stuff in full force..

I stopped by the Official Shop today, drank a pop, BS'd alittle, scoped out and approved everything, so excited that I left without crushing my can in the youtube famous can crusher.

Heck, I even autographed a JD sticker for a find raiser that Dusty is sponsoring. Can you say "Top $$ raiser"?

Brock,
WOW...you've put some serious work into that thing. Nice!! The hoods that I have here are in much better condition, now that I see what you actually have. It appears that you have a lot of time in the hood already. I'll get you some pics of what I have. If you want one,it's yours. Centerpoint performance has "some" of the requested parts. Talked to Larry Skolney yesterday. I am emailing him the list and will get back to you on the prices. Again...just want to say, you do some really, really nice work! :usa: Tom
