Sounds like a broken throttle cable junction block. Very common problem. Aftermarket cables are readily available here's a few links

Any local power sport dealer would also be able to order one.

There are three lines that come off the oil injection pump. Two connect between the carb and pistons. The third connects to the lower part of the case behind the water pump. The one that connects to the lower part of the crankcase supplies oil to the inner crank bearings and I think it ends up lubing the wrist pin bearings also.

Me personally I check the oil injection system over to make sure it functions and run like 100:1 premix (with oil injection) for piece of mind. Everyone will have a different opinion about this though. Like Linder says free advice is worth what you paid for it.

Yep, sounds like the junction block. I wasn't sure what to call it. I was hoping to maybe just fix it but I went ahead and ordered a new cable for $20. Thats how much he dropped the price since it broke so that seems good. I also ordered a spare Dayco belt for $30, I thought that was a great price.
I was kind of thinking the same thing as far as pre-mixing less oil and keep the oil injector. I'll have to think about it and decide.
I want to again thank everyone for their help. I know schooling a newbie can get redundant.
