I just ordered me one of them there eraser wheels off of e-bay!

The key to the wheel is low RPMs.
If you run it in a drill at 1500 rpm it will heat up the decal and melt it but not rmove it.
It also makes the wheel disapear real fast.

Is it an orange wheel or a white one? We have noticed much better results with the white ones than with the orange ones.
