Dad drove down 2 hours to southern mn to ride today. 40 degrees out but we made the 25 mile trip. He's running a 81 Yamaha excel 3 and its actually faster than the TF regrettably so....

At 8:00pm last night I watched as the snow was coming down heavy and wet. There was hardly any left on the ground to begin with. I went hmmmmm. Woke up this morning and looked outside with a cup of coffee and went hmmm. Opened up the garage door and went yup. Took er for one last couple mile ride. First mile in she went pop and died instantly and I went uh oh. I gingerly took out two extra plugs out of my pocket. Removed the blackened dirty gross ones from all season and prayed to the crank seal gods and in a couple pulls we were back down the trail. Some fields were looking like lakes but this was the hail Mary ride so we just avoided those. All in all now its time to go ice fishing.
