Thanks Don, a much needed reproduction. What is PETG material? Is it stronger and more durable than the original plastic?

PETG is a type of polyethylene glycol plastic it does have great thermal forming ability. If the mold it is injected into is of very finite detail then it can produce very precise molded details.
It is stronger than most acrylic plastic without sacrificing structural integrity. I think if recall it is rated moderate - good for temperature to -50 DegC for brittleness testing.
