2008 JDSleds Ride / Ride with the Champs

Leaving in about two hours (9:00EST). Sleds are packed. Bags are packed. Now just wishing we didn't have to go thru Chicago but I can't see a better way. Should hit the Windy City about 11:00 CST so hopefully the traffic won't be so bad. I can deal with snow and I can deal with traffic but I can't deal with traffic and snow together in Chi-town!!

In case any one is interested, I did NOT make my weight goal. On October 1st I weighed 219 and my goal was to be at 180 when I left this morning. I'm sorry to say that the scales read 181! Wait............maybe they're wrong??????

Hope to see everyone this afternoon/evening at Joe's. Everyone have a safe trip.

Leaving here at Noon central standard time. Troy Miley is stopping here and we will be running a convoy up to Horicon and should be there around 3pm or so?? Just got off the phone with DA and he is 60 miles from his house heading West. See you guys on the road or on the snow!!
