6 inches at 11:00 pm but now kind of a misty rain/sleet. Took the Liquifire for a 5 mile ride and the XC 600 for 12 miles. Suppose to snow until noon but the weather forcast changes constantly.

Yes sir just checked the forcast... its going to hit (where im in) NH pretty hard.. the forecast says 12" and its supposed to start Sunday evening... i think its going to start earlier then that.. and we are going to get roughly 14".. thats my guess.. judging by how fast its going... Oh yeah there definately going to be no school.. but i gotta admit i like spinning the hell out of my tires in the snow.. then the back starts sliding ... (yeah in a pickup)... its so fun to do that.. its so easy to do 360's in a pickup after a snowfall.. (if you dont flip it)

Duluth's official snowfall total for this storm was 14 1/2". You could rip down the middle of any road in town that wasnt considered a snow emergency route. I was cranking at about 80 down a highway and I had 2 sleds come by me like I was standing still. It isnt often that we get a storm large enough where the roads belong to the snowmobiles. I also gave my 12 year old nephew a Spitfire last week. They really got drilled where he lives, over 26". I would have loved to have seen his excitement this morning. I hope his Dad has a 100 or so gallons of gasoline around.

Well it look like we were down graded to 3-6. Hopefully the rain don't come and it just sleets/freezing rains. Dad doesn't want me to ride it around the yard because theres no base. Never said anything about the road.

:)

:) Starting to doubt whether or not we are going to have school.

Home for work" SNOW DAY " 20 cm of snow has fallen in the past 24 hrs. Cleaned the driveway so the wife could goto work. The childern and I eat and spent the morning riding around the yard. Snow drifting on the John Deere 300's. I lined up 4 of the 9 in the front yard so friends and family can ride around the yard. My wife commented that the yard was full deere sh** agian. The kids like, it make me happy to see the John Deere's out for a run. Looks like we are going to get another 15cm over to next 12hrs. Going to burn lots of fuel this year. Come to Eastern Ontario, Canada ,Ottawa. LOTS OF SNOW. Looking for some locals to ride with. Not to many Deere friends around these parts

About 13-14" in northern, MN. Just like Stebner said, I was ripping down any road that wasn't plowed on Sunday morning and that was most of them. This is on top of the 7" that was already there so it looks like we're in for a good start to the sledding season. Lakes will be slushy however.

Woke up to 12" of it on Sunday morning. Couldn't resist while taking a break from blowing out the driveways. Yanked the cover off the Trailfire and went round and round in the front yards (city slicker here now due to development so NOT a lot of room for sleds!)... Rained Sunday afternoon then froze up during the night. Expecting 5" tonight....
Looks like winter's here!

I need to put in my nickle's worth.... I went home this weekend to Wisconsin, We ended up with about 6 inches. Well it has been awhile since I have seen it snow, so I ended up shoveling my parents driveway and two of my neightbors...It should be just right for snowmobiling when I get back peramently the first of Jan... I got a liquidfire that needs some snow time.

I will be so glad when I get out of the nasty 80 degree weather in Los Angeles. Bring on the snow... and no I am not retarded or have suffered a brain injury!!!!

Well, we got 3-4" more tuesday evening for a grand total of 10-12" range to date in west central Wisconsin. They are forcasting 3" more tonight and possibly that on saturday also. The groomers were out and it sounds like they are opening the trails on monday. They can't open any earlier because of the 4 day doe only hunt that ends sunday. Duane
