Dave,

An absolute fabulous job on that sled. I knew you were gonna do a stellar job on this thing by the way you were always searching for NOS and the correct parts for this thing over the past year or so. I know the amount of work involved and it is a ton.

Beautiful sled.

As everyone has stated, great looking sled. I'm sure it's even more impressive in person. Great job! Oh by the way, what's the chances of seeing it in action, at the Vintage Challenge Ride? :sled:

Kenny, one day I will make it by! :beers; I'll also help out any way I can to get the #108 cc Liquifire back up and running! Have Rainville haul her up here and I'll give the old girl a make over.

Long story short. With the CC being finished, I sent some pictures to the gentlemen who raced it ( Alvin Gover ) so he could see what it looked like and see if he was happy with the results. Now he wants to drive down from Vermont to see the sled and meet me at the end of October. This will be a dream come true for me to meet the man that raced the sled that I restored and hear all the stories in person over a few cold beverages. :beers; It will also be an opportunity to take some pictures with Al on the sled. Any advice about this meeting would be greatly appreciated.
