Kenny
Don't they all run "until they're parked"?

[quote="Sprailfire340"]Thanks to Jerry I made my own pin puller for less than a buck. And Kenny you'll be happy to know I still found a way to use a socket
Crank is out, boxed up, and will be mailed out tomorrow for inspection. Cross your fingers and
Wade you have a pm.

Mitch, Glad I could help. If you think that pin puller is cool you should see my $1.97 Flywheel puller!...................

Just kidding, Acually there are some tools you can't skimp on, I spent good money on a flywheel puller. Saves allot of aggravation, and lost religion.

Good news, just got off the horn with Jerome. Sounds like he has all necessary parts to rebuild the crank.
Now back to my search for pistons.

Wade - you have a pm.

Mitch,
I was looking at your posts and I am not sure if you need them or not, but I sell base gaskets for the 340s/295s heads. I made them with the help of Don Amber and have sold quite a few of them.
Check out silverlakevintage.com if you need them

Good Luck
