Great re-cap Brian. It was great finishing with you, Guy and Tom. I had turned into a one man wolf pack. Left Fishtales with Roger, Dand and Keith. Dan went out on the Polaris you mentioned going through the Root Cellar with Keith. Rodger turned back part way accross Cisco with the MotoSki giving up the fan. I kept heading back and caught up with the Cat Guys and Brian Nelson. We all took a wrong turn and found you guy's once we got corrected.

Post challange beverage thanks need to go to Troy. Kevin and I bough him a few replacement from the previous nights beverage consumption, he just happened to leave the box on the back of his truck.

Was a pleasure finishing the ride with some other two time finishers!

Thanks for the beers Troy! We'll get you a new box next year and hopefully help you drink it.

Perhaps I should mention the banquet.

I had the privilege of sitting next to John Orvis. He talked a bit about finding a tach that would survive on the sleds, and the work that was done on seat design.

There were a lot of laughs as we recounted the day's events, and there were plans already being made for next year.

The drawing of the raffle was a highlite, I was amazed at the number of tickets sold that night.

I got a chance to meet Jon Carlson's wife Jan, and chatted with Jon for a bit.

Here's a shot of Kevin Campbell and the raffle sled.

WOW sounds like lots of fun and comradery. But isn't that what this sport is all about? Loved it all and the pictures. That picture in Sayner was fantastic! What a line up of vintage iron!
I know those trails pretty well and knew that killer of a drop off hill too.
Maybe someday, I'll make up there with one or both of my Liquifires...maybe...
Thanks for keeping the fire burning inside me, Pat
