Wasting some time today, due to other set backs not John Deere sled related.... :wall:

Anyhow, fired up the Liquifire which was sitting at the neighbors pad yet, 8 pulls after sitting since Wednesday and she fired off...chokes must be off some yet...more work...

Well, I decided to take it for a little spin off the black top and onto the grass..again neighbors giving me the stare down..
 ...get the old gal good and warm and goose the throttle...it moves!! So we get her on the grass, decide to goose it fairly hard..... :sled:. I have lift off....ski's lifted!! As Don Amber says....that was a hoot!! :letitsnow:

Did you have the TPR panels painted as well? They look really nice.

Yes Rob-

TPR's were painted and cleared on the outside, no filler was used on them, just several heavy coats of primer to try and fill in its war wounds. So it does have some nicks, we figured filler would crack and fall out due to flexing. The inside of the panels were dusted with paint, no clear. Came out better than I thought.

Do you use some sort of flex additive to the paint for use on plastic so it can handle the bending/flexing? Or is there something else added so it binds better to the plastic?
