Hey Guys I just wanted to take a few minutes to Thank ALL of you for your Thoughts,Prayers,Kind words and the encouragement..

I really do care for all of you guys. This sport has opened up a new world of good guys to me. As most of you know I am a walking health train wreck. I can become very sick quickly. I caught a bug somewhere the sat or sun before Christmas. It showed up Chrismas Eve. Christmas Day I spent all morning in the ER for fluids b/c I was extremely dehydrated. Came home around 12:30 that day, felt better, and was ready to go again. Well little did I know it was like putting on a band-aid on a leaking wound. That night it started again and into the next morning. Well back to the Hospital for a direct admittance, so they could start fluids right away. I was to get a regular room, but after the attending Dr had seen what I looked like, I went straight to the ICU unit. I spent the night there taking massive amounts of fluids and meds. After a long night of needle torture and constant noise, I awoke feeling somewhat better.. As the day progressed the nurses made it clear to me that I was going to go to Pittsburgh to get better care and more individualized care for my issues. So off to Pittsburgh I went . I spent 3 days there in the Transplant ICU. Sat.evening I was released to go upsairs to a regular room, and today I was released to come home. I am doing better, but its gonna be awhile til i can think about riding . I have to stay inside til I get all better.. Keep posting pics of your riding fun, it helps sooth the heart wrenching disappointment I am feeling with 12" of snow in my yard and there are NO TRACKS :sick2: Thanks again GUYS SO much.. I hope now I am on the mend and will be able to ride in time. Its only Dec and we may have a few more good months ahead of us ! :sled:
Happy NEW YEARS :usa: :canada: :D

Thanks guys for a the caring words and thoughts ! 3 days out of the hospital I am feeling alot better. I still have some hurdles to get over (persistant cough) and (stuffy head) but I am hanging in there. On a brighter note I got to make some tracks through the yard (against Dr's orders) It was true medicine for me though. Even though it wasn't a deere or ditch pickle it made my day! I have't been outside since b/c I really don't want to end up back in the ICU :bonk: I hope to get more snow in the near future.. I also need to turn some wrenches to keep some projects going ! Have fun in the snow while its here. Its only fun so long to ride in grass ! :bonk: :winter:  :thinksnow:
