Re: What did you guys learn from the I-500 leg this year?

Hi Guys,
I briefly considered a try at the I 500 but then clearly remembered the 09 Ride With the Champs, the late model run to Fish Tales. This was the year before the Vintage Challenge began. I have never been considered a dog slow rider and have done a little racing back in the Northwoods Challenge Series days but that day riding with Joey Hallstrom and Roger Skime proved that I would never stand even a remote chance in the I 500. My advise, unless you can ride with Roger and Joey, enter the I 500 just for fun or better yet, come to the VC and donate a little to the HOF and have a great time to boot.
