Well I'm back and I'm still frustrated. This time I'm the one usin the either :shifty:. I'm in need of some more help. JDROB and I have been pullin our hair out all weekend! First I cleaned the carbs and put new fuel in! Thing ran pretty good. Decided to mix it 50:1 till I know oil tank is dropping. I re set the chokes and checked my timing, I checked my needles and found I had em on #2 slot for some reason? Set em right and tried it again. It starts hard but no either. Usually I have to pull plugs and dry em off. Then it'll go. When it's warm if I re start it right away it will usually run at 2k then a blip of the throttle will catch it. Let it sit 20min or so and forget it. We have gone thought just about everything we can think of! There is a lot of oily mess comming from the y pipe but that might be cause of the premix and injection. It's getting better as I run it. It was Definatly loaded with oil. There was so much smoke yesterday that all you could see was the tail light of the sled lol. It runs good when it runs. Still bogs bad but its tolerable for now. Need to get it more reliable. Plugs haven't picked up much color as it hasn't run too long. There starting to turn off whitish and the straps are like a burnt purplish color. We're both just stumped and don't know what to do next... Thanks for the help! Bob

Just get it warmed up before opening it up. Cold seize is a bad thing in a chrome bore.
