Bumpers were ordered today with all the holes being pre-drilled, Others & I agreed that this would be the easiest for all, & that any tweaking or spacing could be done to the tunnels & covered up by flat washers.
I believe that once the bumper is in place & close to all six mounting points, & if two of the holes on the rear of the tunnel ( one on each side of the vertical part ) can be bolted up then the other two holes can be re-drilled/or ob-longed in the tunnel IF needed, & covered up with washers..
Once the four vertical bolts are in place & tight then the front two mounting points
( Horizontal ) can be looked at to see if they need shimming so as not to bend the vertical part of the tunnel if not then the other two holes can be re-drilled/or ob-longed in the foot rests/Running board IF needed, & covered up with washers.. Any Questions give me a call as I'm having a hard time putting this into words/typing this info, I think I'm making it sound harder than it really is??
