1982 Sprintfire Chassis

Post by ChickenRat »

I have a 1982 Sprintfire chassis that I would part with. It is rough and really is basically a bare chassis with steering, bellypan, skis, bad seat, and correct gas tank. 190121 is the serial number. Build date 10/81. Best bet would be to find a cheap '83 and transfer everything over. Hey, it is an '82. $50 or trade for 100% complete running Liquidator in mint condition. That's my final offer.

Sounds good. I know you made mention of the '82 chassis. Now I know for sure.

Chad, I will probably get in touch with you on Friday at some point. We will discuss.

I'm surprised there were no takers on the Liquidator trade. The Liquidators are much more common and the 1982 Sprints are much harder to find. I thought for sure I would be fighting off the offers.

Yah,
Wasn't sure if my near mint Dator would have been good enough for ya.
The tunnel has a nick in it & the windshield is a little foggy....
Really I have yet to hear one run.
The Horicon show was the first time I even saw one.
I'm still pretty happy about that.
