Are both crank seals the same part number on the '76 340 Cyclone? Where is a good source for replacement seals? Noticed in another thread that someone mentioned mfgsuppply for some other parts. In the distant & recent past I have sent e-mails to this company searching for items and never received a response from them. Are they just really poor with answering e-mail or out of business?
Also would like to know a good source for a replacement cdi box for the same machine in case I cannot locate a good used one.
Thanks!

Re: Cyclone crank seals & cdi ???
I have been a customer of MFS for a few years and they are one of my favorite suppliers.
That said they are a parts supplier, not a tech support service.
If you do not have a part number they can not help you.
Not that they do not wont to help you I just don't think they know.
But if you have your parts list and their numbers your order goes out fast and the shipping if cheap.
Pat's is also a good vendor and as they have a shop and sled guys working there they can be a great help.

Re: Cyclone crank seals & cdi ???
Thanks for the help with the parts info guys.
Just to clarify; in the past when I contacted MFG, I was not seeking tech info. I filled out their parts request for availability of a couple of complete engines I was searching for (which I was told by another vintage collector that they had in stock). I supplied the engine model number and never heard back from them. Not once, but twice. I just found it strange that they offered up the request form and then never replied.
Thanks again.
