removing handgrips

Post by skip29 »

whats the best way to get old handgrips off to replace with new ones? I have a mint set on my trailfire parts sled, but I have to get them off, then get the crap ones off the liquifire and put the good ones on it. Any suggestions?

The suggested way in the link is good but if you dont have access to a compressor where the sled is at , boiling or very hot water makes them very plyable and with a few twists they will usually come off easily.
