Liquifire hydrostatic?

i was over at my local snowmobile yard and was walking around and came up on a JD liquifire hydrostatic. did JD make these sled and if so how rare are they. was thinking i should ask to see how much he wants for it it looks to be mostly complete

That would be a custom of some sort. I know that Cat and Yammi had a fluid drive system. not sure if any others tried.

It's probably a joke. You know, take the decal for a tractor and put it on a sled.

well if it not its deff a liquifire and he wants 200 for it. It seem all complete, would it be worth restoring?

If it's complete, and the engine at least turns over, $200 is a reasonable price. However, you never know how much it's going to end up costing in the long run.

It may be worth 200 as long as the tunnel is not black !! If it is shiny aluminum you should prolly get it if the engine turns over !! if its a black tunnel offer him lower tell him they made 10,000 of these sleds !! Not like you can't find 1 in any other junk yard !!! Usually their there for a reason ! Remember its only an 80' hahaha
