Ok guys.
I just got off the phone with Rich (TakeItTooTheLimit). He explained to me over the phone on what the manual says about setting this clutch up. Kinda confusing.
Does anyone have instructions that they can post on here?
The clutch has a red spring in it and the spring was set on notch #3. I am unsure of the directions as to resetting the spring tension. The manual stated to turn something 130 degrees counter clockwise , is this the sheeve with the numbers on it that needs turned 130 degrees?
I also noticed that the spider (cam assembly) does not go all the way down the splines on the shaft when its pushed down by hand. The splines on this piece do look tapered hence the problem with it not sliding down all the way.
I am a little confused guys.
What does each notch #1, #2, #3, #4 mean and why?

I noticed that on the spider cam, it has 34 degrees stamped on the bottom side, on the top side someone dotted the spider cam with a red paint marker on the opposite side where it has the 34 degrees stamped on it.
Does this mean anything to you pro's?

Clutch has been cleaned, lubed, spit shined and installed, she is shifting now.
Now only for some snow.......hehe............yeah right. It was 70 degrees here today.
Now back to the clutch, I tested this to verify that it was shifting by having the sled up on blocks, I know its a bad idea to take these old sled up at a high speed on blocks but I had to know. At 5000rpms the speed on blocks was roughly 60mph.
