1972 raider 400 and 440

Post by nhjdfire440 »

Hi guys I was wondering if any of you knew any thing about raiders specifcly the 1972s. I resently picked up the two of them for a good price. (I know they are not deeres but the 400 has a CCW motor) If any of you guys out there could point me in the right direction to find a manual for them that would be great. Thanks

If they have seen a lot of use then be looking the the skid frames real close.

72's did not have the reinforcements that the later models had.
My 75 Double Eagle has more miles than either of my 72's but they were basket cases underneith.

There is collector in Occomimawauk (sp) WI that could help you out if you can't find anything online.
