Liquifire carbs

Has anyone messed around with putting non powerjet carbs on a newer liquifire? Maybe it wouldnt work the best I'm just thinking.

I have and its worked out pretty good. I have the set up on one of my 83's. I also really worked the clutches to so I could get the most out of the carb changes. I still like the pj's they do have a bit more midrange which is where the pj's help.

what did you end up for jetting ?,what size carbs you use? airbox or no airbox?what all did you do with the clutching ?-thanks chris

I will have to dig it out. With no snow here I havent pulled my machines out yet. I dont have an air box on it but put the uni pods on it. I have a polaris primary on it. I should be home this weekend and I can pull it out and let you know.
