340s For Sale in IL

There is an ad on VS for an 82 Sporty. I contacted seller about it and asked if he any other JD sleds. Has a 340s that runs on spray. Body is rough, mostly complete. Will send pix. Contact info on 82 Sportfire ad.

The 340/s was also up forsale but not sure what happened why it didn't sell? I am sure there was much interest ! the Guy is supposedly parting the sporty out ?? WHY

I was sent these pics and i can assure you this is one tough sled. Definatly a project that is not for a beginner . Price is very high. Thats why He still has it.

The seller and I were very far apart on the value of the sled too. And I almost thought I was generous. After reviewing more pictures I would rescind my offer.

I tried to post the pics from an email on here but i cant because of its size and cant make the pic smaller for some reason. After looking again at the sled <if this is the one> this thing is a trainwreck. The motor is there with the airbox but the condition of these 2 are unknown. The rest is shot and would be a very expensive restoration. I never even offered a price as i couldnt afford to fix this sled.
