1980 liquifire seat
trying to remove my seat on my 1980 liquifire need to know how can you help me

Remove the two bolts (#7 in diagram) from tunnel going up into the seat base located about a 10-12" in from the rear (lift up the snow flap for better view). Lift rear of seat above tail light and slide back. The front is held down via a bracket that the seat base slides into, no bolts to remove here...

Unless its newly recovered you can usually stick a straight screwdriver under the back corners and lift up !

I was going to say the same.
Most generally the wood is rotted to the point that the T nuts will spin when trying to remove the rusted bolts. At that point you need to cut the bolt or pry like Rob mentioned. Most times gently prying is the best option.
When I replace the rotten wood I always use stainless T nuts and stainless bolts.
