I am planning on installing a 108XP clutch on my Liquifire. Has anyone done this and if so what weights and spring are you using? I have been Grass drag racing this sled now for several years and would like to grt improved acceleration and hole shot with this clutch or should I just renew my 102C? Thanks.

The EXP is the way to go for the hole shot and everthing else. It's smoother and quicker on the backshifts, and when I put one on my Indy 500, I could notice a difference. As far as calibration, you could calibrate it with the recommended purple spring and B-1 cams, but there are probably better calibrations for hole shot and accelerationl. You can also rev the EXP up to 10000 rpms vs. the (don't quote me) 8500 RPMs w/ the 102. The exp is an acceptional clutch, and is well worth the investment. You could also call Image Enterprises, and ask about their clutch which may actually be better and cheaper than a comet.
