Well I made some good progress over the long weekend.
I had a nice 81LF chassis so I decided to build a snowmobile...
It will probably be for sale when its completed...
Separated the chassis and cleaned everything up. Then disassembled the suspension and added grease zerks! So far its coming together pretty good. The chassis is about complete. Next will be the engine...

You're penciled in Paul!
The bulkhead and skis were blasted and painted. New wear bars installed on the skis. Ill try and wrap up the chassis tonight and get the jackshaft installed and button up the chaincase. Then go through the secondary.
Carbs have been cleaned/rebuilt and are ready for the engine. Ill probably install an 82' gas tank with the lockable lid....
The exhaust was blasted and painted too...it will be a nice rider when its completed!

Engine is coming together... I used NOS gaskets...so Im hoping everthing sealed up good. Ill pressure test it before I intall it.

Its coming together...
Cleaned up the primary today and installed a NOS purple spring
Still need to replace the wood under the seat, run oil & fuel lines, and a few misc things before I try and start it.
Hopefully have some more time next weekend....

Wasnt planning on new decals. But Ill put the reflectors on there and shine it up one more time...
