78 Spitfire Parts Wanted

Hey guys,
I'm finishing up a 78 Spitfire and need the following items:

Shocks, both skid and skis. Does anyone know the of aftermarket part numbers that work?

Choke cable and plunger assembly. This is for the 28mm Mikuni slide carb and apparently it uses a slightly larger plunger adjuster that threads into the carb as none of my other ones will fit?

Fuel cap AM54963.

Track cleat
