head and jug stamping

I bought a ported lf motor or invader from brock (skoalmint)and on the heads and jugs has smithley
stamped on them. does that ring a bell with any one ? any info greatly appreciated.

Hey Al , Happy New Year .I seen that on there , i was gonna show u that but forgot ,We was probably yacking about something .LOL It could be the person that woked on the motor porting from Aean .Just a hunch though.Brock
