Re: Air box
jdjock, I to am looking for an air box, I posted a want ad a few weeks ago, and I didn't get a single response. These are fast becoming a rare item, and hard to find. Right now I am looking at 3 options:
1. Buy a complete sled, just so I can get an air box. Not sure how much sense that makes.
2. Remove the PowerJet carbs, go to the regular VM carbs, and Uni-filters.
3. Respond to the guy from Italy, who says he has a working air box, if I am still buying. I wonder how many Liquifires are in Italy.
I'm leaning towards number 2, unless I can find a cheap parts sled with an air box.
I wish you luck in your search, it's not looking to good for me so far.....Terre
