1976 340 cyclone crank bearings

Post by chris71605 »

I am looking for crank bearings and seals for my 76 340 cyclone. Anyone have any idea where to look?

Thanks, Chris

Matt should be able to hook you up right here from New Breed Parts.

I looked through "New Breed Parts" already, I see the seals but I also need bearings. Hopefully they are available. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks, Chris

Only the outer bearings are replaceable by the average mechanic with the proper bearing tools. You should be able to see a number on the bearing and go to Napa or a Bearing Warehouse.
With the age of the engine, it is advisable to send the crank out the Jerrome, one of the sponsors here. He will inspect all the bearings and advise you what to do.
