I've played around with this sled enough, time to move on.
1983 Sportfire. Restored about 7 or 8 years ago. Ridden hard since.
The good: starts every time. Very reliable. Continually serviced and repaired as needed. Track is studded. I just replaced one of the steering joints, the rest are fine. I replaced the PTO driveline bearing last winter.
The bad: it's been a while since the restore. The paint on the hood is worn in places, the decals have some damage. The front decal is lifting from exhaust heat.
Gas cap is missing gauge needle & assembly. It broke off and I never bothered replacing it. The windsheild is from Cannon, and has a crack on one side where it overhangs the hood. Low beam on headlight not working, and it keeps blowing the bulb each time. Maybe a short in the wiring. Hi beam is fine. Other lights are fine.
Your choice, I can keep the plastic ski kit on it (6" carbides) or put a set of Steffes on it with 4" carbides.
I can bring it to the Honda East Show. Asking $650 without the ski kit, $900 with it.
