I just tried to upload a question and a picture and now am not able to access the website on my computer.
How do I resolve this?

That happens some times because of the site's spam filter.

Use this link on your computer, it will load for about 30 seconds, and then say you have been added to the white list. Then try the site again and it should let you through.
