hey guys, I am rebuilding a 1973 john deere 600 ccw, non reed valve engine for a local guy. the bore size is 68mm. all I can find for pistons is for the 66mm reed valve motor. I'm at a dead end. can anyone tell me where I can get 2, 68mm pistons and rings for this sled? the ones in the engine now are melted on the dome so I can not reuse with new rings...
thanks for any and all help!!

Re: 1973 john deere 600 pistons
These pistons are very hard to find. The last set I saw was when DK Trader was selling left over Deere stock several years ago. So I did some checking and found this. Ebay item # 142249274302. The seller has 4 left. Good Luck!
