95 zr 700 motor an parts

hey guys I have a 95 zr 700 with a frame that is toasted but the motor has good spark an good compression lookin to get 1200 or trade for a liquid cooled sled nothin smaller than a 440 with suspention was going to franken stien it into another sled but dont have the time nor the money an with all the snow now I just want to ride if ya know of any one interested please let me know the motor new retails for 4000 with out all those little things like carbs an clutching I have a set of 40 an 44 mikuni's for it along with a few other parts I can be reached at the following address flamhntr@yahoo.com,thanx an happy hollidaze
