I have cheap slides from sledparts.com that seem to wear pretty fast. I have seen sleds on ebay that have white slides that look thicker than my black ones. Anyone know where they are from?

If your track tension is too tight you will wear them down fast.

Gravel roads and ditches along sanded highways are also going to cause rapid wear.
