1980 liquifire carb problem
My friend just bought a liquifire the other day. We are having a problem removing the choke plunger assemblies. Is there a trick to this we have unscrewd the nut that holds the plunger assemblies in but they won't come out I think they are stuck

Soak with PB blaster, shoot some into the hole on the plunger side in the intake horn of the carb. If it doesnt come out after a day or 2 of soaking, you might have to resort to drilling them out, or replacing the carbs.

Soak the plungers overnight with your favorite quality penitrating oil.
Use a small standard screwdriver and very gingerly try and twist it back and forth.
Soak it again and twist more later. They will break loose eventuallty.
Then clean the plungers and inspect the seats very carefully.
Replace if they look bad.
