Does anyone know where I might find the schematic for my CDI on a '76 liquifire? Did John Deere or Prestolite ever release a wiring schematic for that? I just want to see how everything is supposed to be connected up inside. I have a broken one I want to tear apart.

If you have a service manual, on page 40 10-2 is the schematic you are looking for.

It is the schematic of the internal components that I am looking for. I guess if they're not out there I'll have to live without.

i thought that someone had one that they wanted to fix. i remember a post form like two years ago about some one wanting to repare cdi boxes i remember them putting it into boilling water to get the polymer out does this ring a bell for any one
