Track Questions

Post by ajb399 »

I have a 1980 John deere Trailfire 340. The track that is my sled isn't in the greatest shape. I read that a LF track will work if I change the drive sprockets, is that true and if so what else has to be changed. Am I able to just buy the drive sprockets and track from a LF and all will be good. Is there anybody that still makes a replacment track for either my sled or a LF along with the drive sprockets. I hope someone here can help because winter is coming and I do not want my sled breaking during this winter.

Your question is a pretty typical question so a section in the FAQ section talks about track changes. Follow this link but if it doesn't work or answer your questions be sure to stop back and let us know more specifically what you want to do.
