I had my Liquifire running on Monday just to run it, and it ran fine, had plenty of spark and everything else. I went out tonight to make sure all of the bulbs I replaced would work, and I have absolutley no spark. I checked the ignition--on, I check the kill switch--on. I unplugged both, still nothing. I checked all of the connections, everything was clean and plugged in. I'm at a loss. This thing has started on the third pull every time since I got it running perfectly. I don't even want to think about it being the coils, or the CDI. It had way to bright of spark for those to be bad. The plug wire caps are also tight. Does anyone have any ideas? I'm going for a ride on Saturday, and I don't have time to order a CDI or take everything apart to replace coils.

Try unplugging the main sled wiring harness from the plug on engine by the recoil.
If the kill switch cct. has shorted out to frame it would cause a no spark.

I'll try the unplugging. I have 2 of each coil (1 of each NOS and 1 of each brand new--which by the way central still sells the coils in Kawi bags, and their star studs are also in Deere boxes with the JD part #)
