Restoration



Here the sled is being painted, and re-assembled. The paint was bought from a local store, by having it matched up with a piece of original paint from the sled.


Fresh "Mean Green" paint on the chassis and black on the steering assembly mounts.


Fresh black paint on the slide suspention, and then prepared to go back in the sled.


LEFT: Engine, steering, chaincase and drive system back in place. Also notice the new decal. RIGHT: Exaust bolted back in place with fresh high temperature paint. Tell me that doesen't look slick!


Here it has the engine, steering system and aluminum skis, drive system, suspention, and track all in place.


LEFT: The carbs, cleaned w/ new fuel lines, new insulation. RIGHT: The freshly repainted hood, with new insulation.
