1979 Invader with Factory "Power Up" Kit

Post by Liquifried »

Just about finished with my 79 Invader. Picked this up last Spring for a sweet price. I originally was interested in the pipes for my Liquifire, but I put some pictures up on the Kawasaki website, I was told it could be a rare 1979 Power Up Kit that was only available in 1979. This was pre LTD but used the same twin pipes, single plug heads, milled heads and ported cylinders and re-jetted carbs. I just had a complete tear down rebuild on the motor last month and confirmed that it was indeed milled and ported.

The sled is in overall VGC. I put on a new windshield, used temp gauge, used kill switch, new seat coming next week.
