You could try unplugging the kill switch on the handle bars, also make sure the throttle cable is adjusted so it pulls the throttle lever back to throttle block.

Well the drive axle is correct now but still same issue. I took rear axle assembly out and now it goes opposite way but not quite as bad. Wheels are all same size but outer spacers have been replaced, looks like one is thicker then other. Wouldn't think this would effect much but maybe. Have to scro...

No insults here, always better with an extra couple pair of eyes....err brains! Do alot of sled work on the side and work part time at a sled salvage place in Fort Atkinson and I ask alot of people the same questions when they come in with problems!
