I have a 73 JDX4 with a Kohler 295AX..check to see if the airbox is the same...you can have the airbox for $150....and it comes with a sled attached seriously

Going to Quakertown today with the Spit..filling the tank, taping the throttle wide open...dousing the entire sled with gasoline...fire it up...light a match...and watch her go off a 30 ft drop...will take video for everyone's amusement...seriously!...you know you all have wanted to do this sometime...

No, the Walbro37 from Johnnycyclone worked fine on the JDX4 and is functioning..The Spitfire has no running/carb issues...runs and drives...just can't weld aluminum

1973 John Deere JDX4 "Blitz Black" for parts only or restore...NICEST PARTS SLED YOU'LL FIND..SLED IS COMPLETE Hood and front bumper are MINT and PERFECT...which is why I bought it. Kohler 295-2AX has 127PSI in the left jug and 95PSI in the right jug. Needs top end rebuild. Good parts galo...
