Most people I talk to say 2 strokes dont like to be straight piped because of the need for backpressure.but I think a guy could weld in some washers for some backpressure thats what my grandad did in a tractor once or twice and because its already a john deere monster it might as well look like a dr...

i was thinking of straight piping this engine or finding a cheap exhaust and the once the valves are shot then look for the right engine

There is only two bolts holding down the engine (the back 2)it has a yamaha throttle cable and throttle I did get the clucth to turn but when i opened the chain housing one of the plastic guideis broken. I took pictures of the sled tonight but in the dark so they look like crap

I got know clue what the diffrence is in tracks. I think that someone just hacked it together.

well i looked on the engine stamp and it say Hirth motoren kg typ191R4 hubraum 634ccm motor number 501449 hmmm shoe horned the cut the brace by the pull cord to fit it in

now the bad its missing the drive belt i cant turn the clutch by hand with the track off the ground its missing what ever attachs to the carb the headlight molding thing and the seat ripped all over but has a back rest. Does anyone have pictures on how the air cleaner should look?
